FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
DO YOU TRAIN PEOPLE OUTSIDE OR INSIDE?
I mainly do sessions outside as there is a large area of hardstanding available as well as a field either side of the building where I store my equipment. There is rain cover outside but there is also space inside to train in case the weather is particularly bad.
HOW DOES SIGNING UP FOR NUTRITION COACHING WORK?
If a person interested in signing up but still aren't sure, they can ask me any questions and I typically answer in less than 24 hours. Once a person has signed up, I will send them a questionnaire to fill out and once they've sent this completed form back, it will take me roughly 5 days to create their plan.
HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR TRAINER AT A GYM?
You will be able to train outside in the fresh air and you won't have to worry about other people being around to watch you. No crowded gym, no distractions, you will be able to just focus on your own training and have a good, quality gym session. Plus you can bring your own music if you want to as I have a portable speaker!
