It's my passion to help others achieve their performance goals and bodyfat targets. I love training myself and want to inspire as many people as possible to start their own journey. If you're looking to change your body composition by building lean muscle and losing body fat, I'd love to work with you. You might be someone who plays a sport and I'd love to show you how timing of meals, foods with specific vitamins/minerals, and manipulation of calories/macronutrients can help boost your performance.
I've worked with people with fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, labyrinthitis, osteoarthritis etc., then on the other hand I've been the nutritionist for competitive powerlifters and college footballers. I use scientific literature and apply it to the person I'm working with to help create the best customised nutrition plan or personal training session for them.

OVERVIEW
My approach will show you how losing fat and toning up is not JUST about reducing your calorie intake progressively over time and exercising. It's more than that. If you want to lose fat then you need to reduce calories, simple. If you want to tone up, build muscle and achieve a healthy, lean physique which is sustainable (plus you will feel/be much more healthy), then you will need to implement refeed days/diet breaks into your weight loss diet (don't worry, I can teach you this).

ONE-TO-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING
OVERVIEW
Personal training sessions take place in Horsham (West Sussex) at Dutchells Copse Football Pitch. All sessions are conducted outside on hardstanding, but there is outside shelter and an inside room available in case of bad weather. You can be active, tone up, and achieve your fitness goals in the great outdoors! The location is in the middle of housing estate so generally, it's quiet from members of public when personal training sessions take place, however, there is the occasional dog walker!
SPECIALIST EQUIPMENT
All equipment used for personal training will help you to achieve your fitness goals. Equipment includes --> Concept 2 Rowing Machine, Stationary Fitness Bike, Slam Balls, Squat Stands, Weight Plates up to 200kg (Ranging between 0.5kg-20kg plates), Battle Ropes, Power Tower (Pull ups, Dips, & Leg Raises), Weights Benches, Dip Station, Tricep Pushdown Rope, Dumbbells, Medicine Ball, 50kg & 80kg Tyres, and more!
75 MINUTE SESSIONS
All sessions are 75 minutes long and will include a variety of resistance training exercises, cardiovascular work, core/low back strengthening exercises, stretching, injury prevention exercises, and more. At the end of sessions when the next person comes, an additional circuit/core workout is given to the previous client so they can maximise their workout time and achieve the best results possible.
BODY RECOMPOSITION & SPORTS-SPECIFIC TRAINING
Whether your goal is to get better at a specific sport, get stronger legs so you can walk pain-free, lose fat and tone up, be and feel healthier, build lean muscle, improve flexibility, achieve your first handstand or cartwheel, I can do that for you!
